The first time I talked on the phone with Katie and Colin, I was living in Virginia and they were Colorado locals planning a wedding on the East Coast. At the time I gushed over the thought of living near the Rockies and wanted to hear all about their skiing and backpacking adventures. I never would have imagined that the next time we met (in person now), I would be living in Denver.

When Katie reached out about taking couple photos, I couldn’t have been more excited. Since moving to Colorado, these mountains and alpine lakes have taken my breath away. It felt like an experience that was always meant to be. Katie, Colin, the lake, my camera, and some fresh summer sunlight.
