I was so excited when Phil and Amanda jumped at the idea of using Irvington Spring Farms as their engagement session location. What’s more perfect than a late summer e-session at a family owned flower garden? These two absolutely blew us away with their ease and grace in front of the camera. We’re so excited to celebrate their wedding with them in October, only a few short months away.

Phil and Amanda met in Lynchburg after returning to the city for different reasons and places. Amanda had been away doing full-time mission work while Phil was returning home to family. Phil’s younger sister decided shortly after that it was time for him to meet someone after saying “I don’t like seeing you lonely” and promptly signed him up for Hinge. A fun idea became an amazing gift when through mutual friends and this app, Phil and Amanda met. They had their first date at LaVida, and the rest is history. Phil proposed to Amanda on May 21st at Jefferson’s Poplar Forest.
